Weekly Update 5/17/09

Greetings!

Congratulations to
Glenn Mehrbach and Band A on a great performance yesterday at Artsplosure. After a threatening start caused by two downpours the clouds parted and the sun came out just in time for the group to represent our school very well at this great event.

We hope that everyone turns out on
Thursday to listen to both bands perform at Broad Street Cafe. Our slot is 5-6:30 PM - bring some friends, order some pizza and make a night of it!

We need everyone to please return the two forms that were mailed home - the graduation rehearsal schedule and the senior reception RSVP.

All Middle and Upper School students have been provided
exam review sheets in each subject area. Please be sure to review this info with your student.

all clubs that are still in session have their final meetings this week.

Tuesday, May 19 - Final AR deadline for Upper School students
-Last day for turning in work and test taking

Wednesday, May 20-Thursday, May 21 - Upper School review days

Thursday, May 21 - both bands perform at the Broad Street Café from 5-6:30 PM

Thursday, May 21 - Honor Roll Day

Friday, May 22 - Spring Festival. School is dismissed at noon.

Monday, May 25 - School closed for Memorial Day.

Tuesday, May 26-Thursday, May 28- Upper School final exams

Friday, May 29 – All school graduation rehearsal - Carolina Theatre – close at noon

Saturday, May 30 - GRADUATION and all-school awards ceremony and end of year celebration! (Note: this is a required parent event)
