We are looking forward to seeing everyone at parent-teacher conferences this week. The teachers have been hard at work preparing for our time together. Please take a few minutes to organize your thoughts before the conference in terms of questions or feedback you have for us. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early, Upper School families should review student work (found in subject specific crates on the table in the Upstairs Hall) prior to the conference. Please remember that students in Grades 5-12 are required to attend these conferences, younger students attendance is at the discretion of the teacher. After the conference you will be asked to complete a written satisfaction survey. Please allow a few minutes for this - your input is very important to us.
Special Class Schedule this week:

At Upper School conferences, students (7th-11th grade) will be asked to sign up for which of three special ALL DAY activities they would like to participate in on Monday, October 13. Seniors will have a special day of their own that will be discussed at our meeting. Please consider these options before conference and be prepared to give us your first and second choice of an activity - see separate email sent to Upper School families.
Please note that I will be in attendance at the senior conferences on Monday. For the remainder of the week I will be fulfilling my role as the parent of a senior by visiting colleges with my daughter. I will be checking email at least once a day and will be happy to be part of any follow-up conferences that you may wish to have with me the following week.
